Flying In to AirFEST
Pilot Information
Incoming aircraft should plan to arrive before 1030 on Saturday, May 26th, and Sunday, May 27th, 2012 and departing (approximately) after 1700 on Saturday and Sunday. The tower should direct you to the North end of Rwy 18/36 ramp parking . Once parked there you will buy your tickets, if necessary, and will be transported to the gate area. Please be prepared for significant delays right after the show ends each day.
Air space will be closed to general aviation aircraft during the air show :
All pilots must check the current NOTAMS for closing times.

Aircraft based at Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport requiring departure and/or arrival information during the field closure times listed in NOTAMS, should contact the Southern Wisconsin AirFEST Office 815-420-7923 to coordinate scheduling.
